Villa Buena Suerte is an exquisite 8,000 square foot oceanfront Hacienda located on beautiful Soliman Bay. The villa has 5 immaculately decorated bedrooms all with adjacent bathrooms and at least one terrace each. The living space is open plan with a large gourmet kitchen, dining bar, cozy sitting area and a gorgeous dining room overlooking the gardens, pool and the Caribbean Sea. The fabulous outdoors spaces include a circular lounge area by the pool and a roof deck with plenty of daybeds for sunbathing or stargazing. Perfect for family and friends, Buena Suerte can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.

Casa Buena Suerte offers a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning - fresh squeezed orange juice, fruits, cereals, yogurts & pastries, fresh ground coffee and a special treat every morning.  

As you enter Buena Suerte, you will already be able to see the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean through the coconut palm trees, beyond the infinity 20ft x 50ft pool. The living area is graced with 50 ft ceilings, ascending two stories to a magnificent traditional Mayan brick dome. The open plan design allows you to move freely from the kitchen, through the sitting area, and then dining area, and on to the ample exterior living spaces around the pool to the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with complimentary beverages, beers, eggs, juices and all the staples for when you first arrive. The living area includes a flat screen/satellite TV and DVD, as well as an ample DVD and book collection.

The open design of the villa allows an almost constant sea breeze to flow freely throughout all floors. One of the 5 bedrooms is located on the first floor, just off the sitting area. The other 4 can be found on the second floor and have comfortable King size beds and some have an additional futon. The second floor has a further kitchen and a bright and airy conservatory. The unique design of the sleeping areas ensures a tranquil night sleep for everyone.

The villa is strongly influenced by traditional Mexican design, resorting to rich interior and exterior colors, handmade tiles, stone floors, mahogany furniture and hand carved onyx sinks in the bathrooms.

For 2010: Buena Suerte Soliman is pleased to announce it’s new GRANDE PALAPA SUITE. This fabulous addition to our property is a totally private King suite directly overlooking the sea. The luxurious palapa has 20-foot ceilings, with exotic wood beams and it’s own patio. In addition to a glass enclosed bathroom with Caribbean views the suite also comes with a refrigerator/mini bar and an extra bed for an additional adult or 2 additional children.

For 2010: Buena Suerte will be offering 2 meal plans in addition to their complimentary breakfast.
